Drop In Sinks - Drop in sinks are primarily used for espresso bars, coffee carts, kiosks, vending carts and bars. Drop in sinks are used for small spaces where you only have small tools to submerge. For cleaning of larger pots and pans you will be better served to buy a standing sink.

Four Compartment Sinks - In some areas the health department will allow you to use a four compartment sink in your restaurant or café in place of a three compartment sink and a hand sink. In all cases you should consult your health department for specific details regarding the regulations regarding your specific sink needs. Most of the time if you are going to use the fourth sink as a hand sink you will need a shield to go between the sinks which you would need to have custom made.
