Four Compartment Standing Sinks with Two Drainboards - In some areas the health department will allow you to use a four compartment sink in your restaurant or cafe in place of a three compartment sink and a hand sink. Standing sinks are great for the back of the house where you wash you bigger dishes and pans. These models have two drainboards.
